Its just another day closer to summer break. After the long winter 
of cold weather and being cooped up inside, its time to get fit and 
looking good for this summer. Through increasing your current physical 
activity daily will help you burn the extra winter and holiday calories.
 Different activities, duration, frequency, and the intensity are key 
elements in determining your bodies reaction. Often times you may 
experience increase strength, body image, and countless more depending 
on the activity. So go get more active in preparation for this coming 
summer.
